Headache, aaarggh

I got this pounding headache for a few hours now. Suddenly got it under physical activity.
Everything $ucks now!!!!

How to get rid of it?
What is headache?

Take some aspirin, lie down and get some rest...

Take some headache meds (aleve, excedrin, tylenol, aspirin, or advil), lay down where it's cool, quiet and dark, and go to sleep. If you start to feel nauseous put a cold wash rag around your throat.
