installation gear is going to differ from car to car, some will need antenna adapters, some will need amp integration harnesses. finding one for 129 that fits your car will be very hard. i would advise saving up a bit more and get what you want and need, not what you can afford at this moment

What about checking into a set of RCA extenders? Taking the AUX inputs on the back and feeding them to the front and mounting them somewhere convenient and out of sight. Should look a lot less tacky than having a set of inputs hooked up to the front and fighting with the cabling.
BTW, my vote goes towards anything Alpine or Eclipse. 😛 (yeah, probably not necessarily in your price range)
EDIT: Cheap deck and you can get the 'optional' AUX input RCA leads for $13 (check the accessories tab on the deck's page)
Spec-wise, the deck is pretty poor. Not gonna lie on that one. SNR is 80dB, which is pretty low. If you're using stock speakers, you should be OK, though. FM sensitivity is 17dBf, so don't expect to get local radio stations for too long if you drive out of town. 😛 For the price limit, it's about as good as you're going to get, unless you buy used.

its just gonna be one 1/8" or whatever stereo jack from the mp3 player to the aux input. i don't understand how running leads from the back will make it less fighting with wires and make it look nice? i don't know anything about car stereos and want to do this as easily as possible.

You can have the 1/8" mini-stereo lead (that splits into a Y-adapter for RCAs) near wherever the source (guessing iPod or other portable) is. This way, you don't have nasty wires hanging from the face of the head unit. Instead, you have something you can tuck away under the dash when it's not in use.

what wires are you talking about? there's only going to be 1 wire from my mp3 player to the head unit. when its not in use, it will be unplugged, so there won't be any wires hanging from it. what you want to do will have extra work and extra wires.
