Why do you need an in-dash if it plays MP3 CDs?
A CD changer, in the trunk, with 5 CDs of 224 Kbps MP3's, will give you something like 2200 minutes of music.
You won't change it for months.
And then have the in-dash single-disk player for when you need on-the-fly goodness.
I recommend Kenwood for the dash-based ones. I llooooooooove my Kenwood. NEVER skips. EVAR.
Compared to Sony/Aiwa, which NEVER plays. It always skips. Sometimes just for the hell of it.

I don't have a trunk. I have a Durango and the back of it is filled up with various stuff 95% of the time. And I don't wanna hassle with putting it under the seat; I don't think it would fit anyway.
