Do I put it in the bag that I originally put it in and put it in the refrig or do I just place it in the refrig?

Read my previous posts, I said I've been eating out everyday since my mother moved to Las Vegas three years ago.

I just get the prepackaged salad with lettuce, carrots, etc. in the resealable bag.

If you want to keep it fresh for the longest time, only wash the parts you will use at one time, then wrap the rest of the head of lettuce in a moist paper towels and store them on the veggie drawer. it will last longer that way, it won't get mushy either!🙂
