Cooking tips:
Whatever you do, never overcook this Wagyu beef, or you will render out the precious fat. Cut into steaks and sear on high heat for a short time only. Season simply with salt and pepper to allow the extraordinary flavor to shine.
haha did they really have to put this in there?
anyone who is using that wagyu for a full steak is a fucking moron (and so american)
*yawn*
wake me up when they start selling alternators

What's a good way to prepare it?
Battered and deep fried on a stick.
Authentic Japanese Wagyu Beef, A-5 Graded, Ships Fresh Not Frozen, 11 lbs minimum weight, $136.37 per pound, Product of Japan
Yes, they really did. I don't consider beef cooked if it's at all red. I've never understood why people like steak - it's so tough to chew. I don't plan to get Wagyu based on this description.haha did they really have to put this in there?

I wonder how Costco would handle a return on this. I would hate to see $1,500 going in the trashcan.
