HDTV support for nVidia?

I have a GeForce FX 5200 card with a DVI, s-video, and VGA out (soon to be upgraded to a 6800GT, when they become more readily available). Anyway, I just recently purchased an Advent 27" HDTV, and am wondering how I should go about connecting it to my PC. It only has component inputs, so a straight DVI to DVI is out of the question. I've been searching online, and I've found that ATI makes converters for its cards, but they supposedly do not work with nVidia. I'm just wondering if there is a sub-$50 solution (I've seen the $200 transcoders), or if I should simply sacrifice the quality and use the s-video connection.

Any help is much appreciated,

Charles

ATI's adaptor won't work. You'll need a transcoder Link or purchase a card that supports YPbPr out put. A Radeon 8500+ the ATI adaptor, or an AIW 8500DV+adaptor could go for under $100, a 9600 card + adaptor $100to$150, a personal cinema or AIW 9700pro that supports it natively..close to $200. Leadteck 5950 MyVIVO, or any x800 card are a bit more.

Edit: fixed link
