Okay, when I was at work this morning lookin through ads (typical slow Sunday morning routine), I spotted a VisonTek 5332 for $50 after the MIR. It claims in the ad "Includes an integrated high-definition video processor (HDVP) and digital TV receiver." Now here's my question, does this actually have an input on it for like either RCA or coax connections? That and is it worth it to dump my TNT2 and buy this over a ATI Radeon LE (flashed to the retail DDR of course)?

I don't have any solid info for you, but even with the high definition video processor they talk about, I'm not sure this translates to hdtv output.

I think a lot will depend on the tv-out chip the card actually uses. If it outputs in ntsc, it'll be interlaced in most cases.

There always is the option of getting a vga to component unit that can give you high def progressive scan to an hdtv.

try asking at the avs forum, especially their htpc section.

I seen that ad also. I don't remember where though. I don't see any reference to that on visiontek's website though. It's most likely a mistake.
