I'm using my Sharp aquos (dvi to hdmi converter) as a monitor till i get me a real one soon. But i'm epxeriencing HDTV lag regarding the mouse. noticable lag from movement to response. not present on my old crt monitor. i googled this to hell but nothing concerning my situation. can anyone help me in defeating this problem?

ati 4870 to a panasonic 42" plasma - works like a charm for watching hd movies w/audio.

what vid card?

i couldn't get nvidia cards (8800, 8600) to work with my 65' mitsu... lagged like crazy, scaling sucked... x1800xt, 3870, and now 4850 work like a charm... the picture is better, too, as it does the 1780x1000 res perfectly (unlike nvidia)...

My 8800 GTS handles my HDTV's bizarre resolution just fine...no perceptable lag either.

Input lag probably.

Try another pc or another mouse

I have sharp aquos d62u and I don't notice this (using dvi->hdmi)
