HDMI splitter?

Hello all, I need some help locating the correct HDMI splutter? What I would like to do is operate my PC and my xbox1 to my monitor via HDMI. I don't leave my pc running 24/7. I do leave my xbox1 plugged in 24/7 but not on. I have been looking at some, but some say external power supply needed.

I don't want to spend more than $20 usd if possible as I'm getting a new monitor that has multiple HDMI ports in a couple of months. Thanks.
