HDMI Splitter (Switch)

I am sure there is a topic on this but I didn't find it under "HDMI splitter".

On monoprice, I see HDMI splitters which send one signal to four display devices. What do I need to send four signals, one at a time, to the one port on the TV? Am I just not seeing it?
I want a good one, no junk.

My TV has one HDMI port.
I will have the following hooked up to it:
Dish Vip622
HDDVD (Blu Ray/HDDVD combo in the future)
Game Console, in the future (One of the following Wii/Playstation/Xbox, wife wants the Wii)
?? (Future proof)

TIA

One thing to note between those 2 switches is one is HDMI 1.2 certified and the other is HDMI 1.3b. This means if you try to send audio/video that uses the features of HDMI 1.3b to a TV/Receiver that are both HDMI 1.3b it will be recognized as 1.2 if you use the 1.2 switch, since it goes back to the lowest version in the chain. Probably wont effect you too much, but I might spend the 6 bucks and make sure its the most up to date HDMI spec.
