HDD Setup

Ok, I am trying to set-up my system, but cannot decide on what kind of configuration I should do. Here is a list of HDD?s I have:

3- Seagate 7200.10 320Gig 7200RPM
1-WD Raptor 74 Gig 16m Cache
1-Seagate 7200.9 250 Gig 7200RPM

How I have it set-up now is I have the Raptor as the OS Drive, 2 Seagate?s 7200.10 as storage, and 1 Seagate 7200.10 as external storage through e-Sata

I was thinking about using the 3 Seagate 7200.10 and putting them into a Raid-0 and using the 1 Seagate 7200.9 250 gig as external back-up, and the raptor as a scratch drive.

What do you guys think? I really can?t make up my mind on this. Keep in mind that I know the risk of Raid-0, I have ran it for many years prior.
