I have a Seagate 1.5TB HDD that showed 3 reallocated sectors for the longest time. The other day, the count went up to 4.
Realistically, how good is that HDD still and is there anything I can do?

Just curious - what is it that is showing this data? If accurate, it could reflect some new bad spots in the media - and the drive is being remapped.

I doubt that there is much that you can do, remaps happen automatically. But keep an eye on it, if it starts to develop spots that slow things down, or more remapped sectors, I would wipe it and RMA it, or junk it.

Has the drive been jostled? Even a small, gentle bump can damage the media.
