I have an abit KT7-raid and was just wondering how do I know if I'm running my hdd on ata100? I have the newest bios for it and everytime the computer starts (before the windows splash screen) it says its runnin at 66 not 100. Is there a way to adjust that? Oh yeah, I also tried the Maxtor's 66 to 100 program and it didin't work as well. Please help, thanks!

You can benchmark it with HD tach software. The number to look at is the burst rate speed. The higher, the better.

Maybe your chipset doesn't support ATA100. The KT7 is based on the KT133 I believe,
and I don't think the 686B revision of the southbridge was out yet...
