After some system troubleshooting I think something must have fried my processor and Hard drive. The cpu wont go to bios and there is some black around the die, which I can live with. But what I cannot figure out is that, nothing will fire up If i have my hard drive hooked into the PSU. I took a totally working computer and it does absolutely nothing if the hard drive is plugged into the psu. Is this possible?

I guess it is if your is doing it right. :)
I would guess that it is a short in the hardrive that is sucking everything out of your PSU.
