HDD or Software problem? weird

I think it is a software problem, but whenever I start EZ cd creator, it just keeps refreshing... my hard drive seeks up everytime, like every two seconds. I hear the drive, and the EZ cd creator explorer window keeps refreshing. If I go to a menu, the menu goes away after it refreshes. I don't know what it is, but it's kind of scary, everything has been working fine and I haven't changed anything.
 
don't know what's wrong but you could try an uninstall/reinstall of ezcd creator to see if it cures the problem!
btw have you got up to date antivirus software onboard?
