HDD Formating help

I need some help with formating this drive I have... Windows picks it up, but I can't format it through Windows. Do I need another program to help me do this, or is it user error(me being stupid)?
 
You shouldn't need another program to format a HD. But if you have a drive like WD, they have a program called lifegaurd that will format a HD. Check your HD manufacturer for a similiar program.
 
It's a Seagate... forgot to mention that. I'll check their website for a program like that. 🙂 Yay there was a program on their website!
