HDD Error?

I am running windows XP and I get this error:

STOP: 0x00000024 (0x001902F8, 0xF8654600, 0xF86543B0, 0F83EC801)

ntfs.sys - Adress F83EC801 base at F83D0000, Datestamp 3b7dc5d0

This first occured while defragging. I rebooted, gave up on defragging, and started downloading some stuff, only to get the error again. So I rebooted, ran chkdsk. It found 1 small error, but nothing serious (and not the problem) I then tried defragging again, and got the same error. I tried a reboot chkdsk and it didn't even check it completely, just kind of skipped everything. Anyone know how to fix this?
