Ok, so when I installed win2k this time around things went weird and my drive set up is as follows:

G: - Primary Master Boot Drive
D: - Primary Slave Back-Up HD
E: - Secondary Master DVD+RW
F: - SCSI Yamaha CD-RW

I just installed a HD that was out on RMA and it was successfully detected in the BIOS boot up as the Secondary Slave. Before the RMA this drive was C: for whatever reason. However, when I get to windows I do not see the drive. Weird eh? Any suggestions?

Is the drive partitioned? Windows does not see non-windows partitions or unpartitioned space.

Yeah, try looking in Windows Drive Mangement (Start > Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management) and see if it's in there.

lol, that might be the problem! Didn't even think about that. I figured it would at least see it but I'll try that, thx.
