HDD activity going crazy

Leros

Lifer
I just noticed that my HDD is blinking like crazy. All I have open is AIM, Winamp, and the internet.

Are their any programs that show what processes are accessing the HDD?

Thanks

Open Task MAnager, 'View' menu, 'Select Columns', and then check off most of the options for page faults and I/Os. Scroll over to the right, click to sort on that column, and scroll to the top, and then scroll to the left to see which process is doing the most I/O or page faults.

Thanks. Forgot all those other options existed. Turns out it was just a combination of Norton Antivirus and a WinXP security process.
