HD5770 CF or HD5870 for eyefinity

Looking for an eyefinity setup with 3 24". Reviews show a 5770 CF setup on par or beating a 5870 in most games for about $100 less. I don't mind getting the 5870 if it'll give me a better eyefinity experience. So does AMD have CF with eyefinity working correctly yet or still a hit and miss with the drivers?

*Update* Pulled the trigger on a pair of 5870s.

I would get the 5870 just to be safe, and also because you can CF it out later. I got a 5770 with the plan to CF it with another 5770 in Eyefinity later but I plan on selling the 5770 and picking up a 5850 or 5870 instead now. Multi-gpu setups already have to deal with potential microstutter and unoptimized games I wouldn't want to add a 3rd thing to worry about (bandwidth).

I would get the 5870 as well for minimum frame rates in a few eyefinity titles. I just upgraded to eyefinity about two weeks ago. Only game I wish I had a little more oomph on were BC2. I can run dx11 with everything on high and get 50-60 fps on every map. Just wish I could run some AA. Metro 2033 on the other hand needs to be turned down considerably.
Alpha Protocal : Maxxed looks great
AVP DX11 : Max textures with Tessalazation but low shadows and AA1
Prototype: Maxxed looks great with fov fix from widescreengaming
Settlers 2: Maxxed looks great and smooth
Bioshock 2 FOV TURD
Call of Juarez BIB Maxxed with occasional drop to 30 fps
Fallout 3 stutters
Borderlands Maxxed
WoW Maxxed occasional stutter from demo buffering
etc...
