hd4850 & arctic cooling s1 nightmare

okay, so i found out that even though mine says revision 2, it's and older vesion of revision 2 so it doesn't fit my 4850. my question is, will the zalman ramsinks work with the voltage regulators and the last memory that the heatsink is blocking?

You have to either bend the heatsink fins over or trim them down where they touch. You will need more sinks for the pwm area.

heres what i did, not as pretty as others, but hopefully this will be sufficient?

the the s1 on the gpu with as5, and a 120mm fan blowing it form the side.

wait a minute, how did it not work in the first place?

cause the last ramsink was blocking the heatpipe, and the pwm heasinks didn't fit either
