Hey everyone, I'm trying to determine the estimated life span of a drive on a system given a specific daily workload. I have the write amplification value, and i have the results of running the system for 48 hours and logging the IO data with HD Sentinel. What I'd like to know is if the "Total Data Write" and "Average Writes Per Day" values are writes to the NAND or LBA writes, ie is write amplification factored in already? The drive is a PNY and those SMART attributes aren't reported.
