i have a problem, i have 2 hds connected by ide but both are filling up.

i want to connect another hd but there are no more availble ide slots.
is there any way around this issue? for example if i daisy chain the ide cable or somthing of that nature.

You can have 2 devices per IDE channel (2 connectors per cable), so four on most motherboards.
After you've filled them up, you need to get a controller card, like this one, giving you up to four more devices.
