HD movies messing up when playing them

Hey guys, I just reformated my computer, and installed the Matroska codec pack. I can play regular .avi files fine, but when it comes to high definition files the color gets all messed up and it doesn't play it at all.

Have I installed a wrong codec pack or something? And if you guys know any better codec packs can you please tell me?
 
sorry it was just labeled high res clips. I got confused 😛.

But it still doesn't change the fact that I can't watch it, its a .wmv and I got it from IGN, its just trailers of stuff from E3.

I tried running it on windows media player, and on zoom player and no luck on either one.

 
ok, i'm officially an idiot lol, i just went and downloaded the codec and it works fine, sigh staying 2 nights straight kinda messes with your mind i guess.
