HD LED stays on?

Hi, I just bought an Antec 1030 to replace my old case w/ a dead PSU. Now the Hard Drive LED stays on all the time no blink at all? I am sure I have the right pin/jumper for the wire. What could be the problem? Thanks for your input.
 
i tried already. if i reverse it, the LED will no light at all.

Make sure the HDD LED connector that goes from the front panel of the case to the motherboard is on correctly. I.E. facing the right way. Different mobos have different pin/connector orientations. This has happened to me. Turn the connector around.
