HD issue

I have a WD2500JB HD, that should be 250 GB. However when I loaded the western digital drive diag test it says the drive is 137 GB. I would think in the test that it would display the correct information. Is the drive bad or is it possibly the way it's formatted that would cause that?

Ditto...SP2 fixes this problem. If your OS is already installed when you install SP2 ....go to control panel/adm. tools/comp. mgmt/disk mgmt. From there you can allocate the rest of the storage to another partiion.
