This is very strange. Anyone have this experience where the HD's MBR is damaged when copying files from/to External HD from/to Internal HD in XP Pro?
I have had 3 different external HD enclosures and all of them suffered this problem. I set it to copy a large amount of data (Over 3gigs at a minimum) and XP would cause an error message to come up...I forget what it is right now...but then my HD is dead.
So Odd! Any help in fixing this?
