she is good at investing; she was one of the firm's senior partners with the highest return. She was just forced into offering so much because she needed that deal to keep the company going momentum wise.

I just meant did the ol' GoT switcheroo and replaced the actor, but not the character.
I'm thinking a form of aspergers... think Sheldon from Big Bang Theory.
It's funny because she is like the female version of Peter Gregory which I think is perfect for the show.

To be fair since the actor died in real life like he did I am guessing they wanted to keep the same type of boss around as it was probably already in the scripts.

That's one way of looking at it.
But the whole memorial service, even filling in Gavin Belson & Gregory's back story, seems like it required a fairly extensive rewrite.
I doubt they picked it just to avoid script changes, I think it's more to do with not messing with the dynamic of the show -- Monica is too fucking hot and perfect to have a normal boss.

It was great. Especially the end of the episode.
The best part is I've been in Mexican restaurants where that kind of crap does happen. It is so annoying!

Yeah, that was the best part. Loved it.
I really, really dislike the new girl who is just doing a Peter Gregory impression. Not a fan and I hope she is not all that prominent going forward. Did love the whole beige dress joke and how that played out though.

I'm not a huge fan of her either. I don't know if her behavior being a carbon copy of Peter Gregory was ment to be a subtle joke, but it's just not funny.
...and definitely no more turtlenecks for Amanda Crew.
By the way, if you like her at all, have you seen the movie Sex Drive? I think that's the best "Teen Sex Comedy" (if that's a genre ) since American Pie, and she's one of the main stars. Albeit, she's more of a third wheel in the movie.
