You should know (of all people 😉) that Outpost would only have to charge sales tax if they have a "physical presence" in the state.

Since Fry's bought Outpost, Fry's locations (at least in TX) became the "physical presence." Outpost now has to charge tax.

Well, I just spoke with them again, and the CSR told me that my order was expected to arrive on APRIL 16th. He was a very nice guy, so I didn't want to get angry (and I shouldn't really be angry, I mean...this is a Hot Deal), but what is keeping me from simply cancelling my order and going elsewhere.
 
I just called and talked to George. He said that he has no idea when they're getting it in. He said that the manufactors normally don't give a delivery date. Ugh...I want to watch oz again :frown:
 
They haven't gotten these in yet? Every place local here has had these since yesterday. You'd think that Outpost would have these in stock before the release date like everyone else
