Your comment is probably just hyperbole, but if it isn't, I don't think you know what a subsidy is. And more importantly how it differs from the low interest loans the domestics are getting from the government.

But yeah, the stunt was stupid. Buy domestics when they are competitive with foreign vehicles in the class, not because it's a "domestic".
 
honda accord = engineered and made in USA. they just ran over an american car.

they shoulda ran over the aveo, or major lulz, the new camaro which was engineered in australia and built in mexico

Considering how much foreign companies don't pay to manufacture here, you may want to rethink your statement -- especially since what GM and Chrysler getting are loans.

As for the stunt, that's a pretty big waste of money.
