Who's military, Pakistans?

If so, AQ is already in Pakistan, partially operating freely back and cross the Afghan border.

AQ previously was not being pressed by the Pakistani military and was able to setup a foothold along the border.

The Americans could not cross the border to pursue.

Why would they be to blame unless the fact that they were pushing AQ out of Afghanistan into the welcoming open arms of Pakastans

Standard operating procedure of a Muslim state. Blame all the problems on America, and therefore the state wont look as inept. Kind of like Dave blaming stuff on rich people.
