having trouble with part # location on mircon ram

I believe this ram to be micron since it has mT on the chips (might just be micron chips, but im not sure) its a 256mb PC2100 DDR stick. and i cant find the part number to create an RMA request. Ive looked around on the micron site for a while now, and i cant come up with anything. Was there some sort of sticker on the ram that said the part number ? because the only sticker on it says "PC2100 256mb DDR".

all the chips have this on them

mT 46V16MB
Tg -75A
