I've never used net send before and I'm having trouble figuring out how to send messages to the other user on the network. I can send myself a message, but I can't send messages to my roommates computer.
We are both in the same workgroup, I know his computer name, username and IP address.
I always get the message that the user doesn't exist, so obviously I'm not using the command correctly.
The computers are connected by a router.
Any advice?
