having trouble finding something

This is off topic but is there like a video on the net that shows how to properly remove amd athlon 64 cpu's from there sockets? I dont want to mess things up. Also is there anything i would need like a thermal pad or something since its already being used? Any info is appreciated , thanks.
 
I have seen several threads that talked about how they remove the hs/cpu off of the motherboard, Heard several members mention that they ripped the cpu out of the socket when removing, and were concerned about how to do it properly. I dont have a a 64 "yet" so i cant help you out. You should be able to pull up some info on SEARCH...
