Having trouble extracting a CAB file. Help!

I'm trying to extract "setupmgr.exe" from the deploy.cab file off my winxp CD using windows explorer. It extracts alright but the file is 0 bytes. What gives?. If you want to know why I want this file, its so I can set up a unattended install script.
 
I just searched my XT Pro CD and find no "deploy.cab." What folder is it in?
 
OK - I found it. It is in the \Support folder. The setupmgr.exe file is in the deploy.cab and I just extracted it using Explorer. It is 496 KB on my CD. What did you use to extract it? Explorer works fine. Click on the cab, then the file and it asks where you want to extract it to . . . I put in a \temp folder. Check properties and it has size and substance.
