You probably have something in the RunOnce registry ke (or the other similar Run key, I forget the exact name)y that re-copies and runs this malware. You'll need to look at each entry and see what it's for.

Also check your Services list for something that could be starting these, but be careful about what you disable.
 
Have you checked your services? run services.msc and check if those programs
are set to autostart and autorecover...
 
Hmm... Microsoft recently added a new entry to their malware database: TrojanDownloader:Win32/Npmon.A.

It could be unrelated, but I'd run a scan with Microsoft Security Essentials to see if there's any remanents of the trojan left on your PC.

btw. "TheWorld Browser" appears to be an obscure Web browser based on Internet Explorer. You didn't happen to download that or any other unusual browsers recently?
