hey all,
i thought id ask some of this in the hopes that maybe someone had an idea...
im working for a co that logs all users profiles on a novell server and when that user logs on it then downloads the profiles andloads it onto that machine. the user then has an account on the machine an all the files are overwritten on each login. it seems when we eliminate the users profile on the machine then reloads a previous backup of the profile the machine will shut down properly but...many users are complaining how their workstations cant shutdown properly. anyone have any thought as to an easier way of trying to go abouts this problem, rather than erasing user profiles and reloading them with outdated backups?
