If it passes tests that doesn't always mean hardware won't fail. But the best you can do is back up and wait for something to really happen.

I would suggest reviewing and trying out different display drivers for your video card. Many times an update will fix something, or if you just recently updated you might try reverting to a known working driver. Sometimes it's just a balancing act and you don't really know which driver will work until you try out a few.

thanks. i really appreciate all the input lately! i actually tried that already sorry about not posting it...i had the default apple boot camp drivers and i plugged in a new video driver from laptopvideo2go
