having problems with SETI driver/CLI

i did a format today and after installing drivers and stuff, i installed the seti CLI and seti driver, to my knowledge, the latest version of both. it will run fine for about 2 minutes, then it gives me an error that the CLI has failed and it wants me to report the error to microshaft. this is kinda odd on a freshly formated computer. could it have been the TuneXP i ran after the install? i have reinstalled 3 times and followed my usual meathod of installation.

Is the computer overclocked? Did you install while overclocked?

If yes to either of those questions, then try knocking it back down to default, and if it still doesn't work, try reinstalling without any overclocks, and put all your RAM timings at their loosest etc, so that you're not stressing ANYTHING while installing.
