FF on the LED means that all the boot process has been completed and has handed control over to the operating system. Maybe something wrong with your OS?

Sounds like your board is dead. There is nothing you can do now except cry or RMA.

oh, all the hard drives turn on, and stuff, but just there is no video.. could it be a broken processor or ram possibly? or is it definitely the motherboard?

i tried the video card, and it works fine.

Try a CMOS clear. There are some of these boards out that have defective bios chips... Also, try to run with the FSB jumper in the 100mhz position... IF you can get it to post, flash to the latest 11/2 bis as it fixes the reboot issue. :)

Try using only cpu/mem/video/powersupply hooked to mainboard...does it post now w/ video?

I had this same problem with a new TBird 1.4 w/ Shuttle AK31 system I built. Thought it was video,RAM,mobo,etc....to make a long story short, take the mobo out of the case and place on a cardboard box or something. My bet is the mobo is touching the chassis somewhere and grounding out. If you get no beeps this is it most likely make sure pc speaker is connected). Beeps indicate you probably have no video, etc. Good luck!
