Having problems, need help! Low FPS!

System:
XP1800 @ 220 x 10.5 = 2300 mhz @ 1.6V
2 x 256 mb pc3500 Kingston HyperX 7-3-2-2 @ 2.8V
ABIT NF7-S rev2 bios 19
ATI Radeon 8500 omega 3.8 or catalyst 3.7 <- tried both

Problem:
3dmark2001se and games running low fps

Ran memtest86 and found no problems with memory

What is low fps? Make sure you have the AGP driver loaded correctly, Nforce2 usually is bundled as a complete driver package. Make sure you don't have anti-aliasing turned on, this will slow things down quite abit for the 8500. Make sure your agp clock is locked at 66MHz, and perhaps try lowering the fsb to 200MHz for a test or two to make sure this isn't an issue.

I installed the latest Nforce2 drivers, I dont have anti-alising on just default settings, agp is 66 mhz, lowering fsb doesn't do anything.
My score was 11300 on 3dmark2001se @ 160 x 15 with my old pc2100 ram.
When I installed the HyperX its down to 9900.
I put the pc2100 back and its also doing bad now getting same score as the pc3500.
So the issue is with the drivers, and I dont know what.

I had a Radeon 8500 128MB running 300/300+, it barely hit 11K. At stock speeds 10K sounds more realistic.

there is a couple things you can do with low fps. You should go to ur motherboards website forinstance intel.com and download latest BIOS/CHIPSET software. It will help your fps greatly. Also If you go in your advanced tab on u rvideo card you should take off v-sync and all other things that effect quality.ok.
