Having problems installing Monopoly game

So I bought a 10 dollar monopoly game for my PC since it was cheap and I like monopoly. Well I inserted the CD and noticed it didn't auto play. I thought this was weird, but kept going and began the install by manually double clicking the setup icon. Well the install had some problems and nver completed. I now of a partial install, which i can't uninstall since th uninstall for the game didn't make it through the install. I can't play it cause the full instal wasn't done. It won't uninstall from add remove programs either. Not sure what to do about it. Any help would be appreciated it.
