Having problems connecting 360 to PC...

I can't get my Xbox 360 to connect to my computer...everything I try still results in the Xbox telling me there is no connected computer - I did install the Media Connect software, etc; I think it might be a firewall/router problem. (Firewall is Sygate, router is D-Link DI-624) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are running a software firewall in addition to your router you likely don't have all the necessary ports open.

Google's first result brought me HERE

Firewall ports: 2869 TCP, 10243 TCP, 1900 UDP, 10280 UDP, 10281 UDP, 10282 UDP, 10283 UDP, and 10284 UDP. If you are using a firewall other than Windows Firewall, you may need to manually open these ports in that firewall.
