having problems booting in win2k pro with oc cele cpu

MS 6163pro
celeron 500@643
win2k pro
generic pc133
while loading...at win2k screen i get an error saying missing .dll fie..forgot to write down which one...
but when i use a lower clock...it is fine...like 500@563
anyone know whats up?
i think it may be clocked too high..but...seems like changing the voltage didnt make a difference...any suggestions

You've probaly just hit the limit of your chip, the ppga celeron 500s really weren't very good overclockers to begin with.

true that bro hahaha...but still since it boots up all the way to windows...there has to be something i can do...new fan?? i have the intel stock one now...
