Having problem with winxp and 8ihxp2 setup

I have a ga-8ihxp2 and I've done just about everything that I can to get the raid to work. I've tried copying the files to a floppy and installing when winxp prompts (F6) , then asks for the floppy in drive a. I pick the first driver in the list winxp 133 driver....then it gives me an error...ultra.sys...

I went to giga-bytes website and downloaded the 5 meg file and copied the winxp files to a new floppy and the same problem occured...DOES anybody have any drivers that work when asked for by winxp???
