Having problem with Netgear Router

I have gte dsl, and up until now have been using a server to share my dsl. I have gotten rid of the server, and purchased a netgear RT-311 router. I connected it a few days ago, and ran through the wizard. Now I am having probelms. My DSL will work for a few mins, but then I get a "finding site" message, and it goes to "page can not be displayed" on both of my computers. Then the DSL is down for about 5-10 mins, and then it works again. Does anyone know what's going on?

I am running win 98 on both computers, and have a netgear en 104tp ethernet hub. It seems to really act up when I attempt to play computer games (quake).

thanks in advance.

what version of firmware are you using? Ever tried to update to the newest version of firmware? and are you on Static or Dynamic IP?

make sure if you dsl is mac address specific thatthe rt311 is set to spoof whatever computer the DSL was originally set up on
