umm that's just a squiggly line, anyone can make that signature. But I thought they ask for your first & last name too after you signed for it and before they hand you the package?

Anderson is really close to where I go to school.

I'm not going though I'm scared so leave me out of this

Def. do not do it for me at my house.

Looks like UPS is giving me the good old "fvck you." Called them today to ask about the claim. They told me it was closed 5 days ago b/c the driver tried to get in contact with the recipient, but failed. So they closed the claim, and never informed me.

I had them re-open the tracer, but I doubt it'll do anything at this point. The best part? Since I shipped from a UPS store, I am considered a "third-party," and I am unable to get the status of a tracer, or even file an insurance claim. I have to go to the UPS store to do that. Absolutely ridiculous.

Looks like I got pwnt. Rightfully so, I guess...
What's my chance of collecting on the UPS claim? The other party is still claiming they never got it.

Who signed for the package? If it was "front door", then you have a shot.

I had to file a claim with UPS before. I would rather slam my dick in a car door than have to go through that again.

It is his last name. The tracking system won't even let me view the signature. It tells me to add my UPS account, and when I do, it still won't let me. I've heard of situations where UPS just adds a signature, so I would like to see it before I believe anything. I'm so screwed.

the UPS driver here gets a siggy from our shipping clerk every delivery. once we had a dispute and questioned their delivery, they told us it was signed for. lucky for us they said it was signed for by an employee that hadnt worked there for 3 years. seems they just put the last used into the field instead of the actual siggy gotten from the delivery. there was huge arguments and such before they would let us see the actual siggy from the handheld and it turned out there wasnt one. they paid in full the next day.

gl with this one, UPS is traditionally lazy in these matters, hope it works out.

So did you file a police report now that the investigation is over?

No, since UPS re-opened their case, police still won't deal with it. Sounds like they really just don't want to as well
