Having Chest Pain

Baked

Lifer
So I've been experiencing chest pain on the right side this morning. Having a little difficulty breathing as well. I ate a really big burrito before I went to sleep last night too. Could it be heart burn? I also ate a deluxe breakfast from McD this morning. Will Tums help?

No, I didn't climb over the counter to get ketchup.

it might be a tumah

ER: chest xray, ekg, labwork, ct scan, morphine, aspirin, aspirin, oxygen, rapid cardiac panel.

Not necessarily in that order.

The shortness of breath is somewhat disconcerting, go now.

Doesn't sound like heartburn. I'd say muscular. Go to the drugstore, get a candybar, and check your blood pressure while you're there.

Do you even have to ask? Wait, why don't you go to BK and eat 3 Whoppers ... that should help!

Fatty food -> Chest pain on liver side -> Gall Bladder

Or all the salt gave you HBP and you have HBP in your pulmonary arteries so your lungs feel tight.

What were you doing when it started?
How long has it been going on?
Does anything make it better/worse? (rest, exercise, movement, pressure, etc.)
Nauseous?
Does it come and go, or is it constant?
Etc, etc, etc...

If you are short of breath I would listen to the Moose and head on over to the ER.

I had this once. My lung had collapsed, but the pain was pretty bad. Bad enough that I wasn't posting on ATOT about it, I knew I had to go get something done.

- Was going about doing my daily routine this morning at work and just started feeling it.
- Been going on since this morning, still feeling it now.
- I'm not doing anything differently. Nothing changed after I ate the McD breakfast.
- Not having vertigo or feeling nauseous.
- It comes in goes.

- I've had this happen before. It goes away.

Yes by all mean, just ignore it like our good buddy did here. They found him dead of a heart attack in his bed a few weeks ago. Dead dead dead, still clutching to his cigarette and his lighter.
He would not go to the doctor.

It was nice knowing you.

RIP

I don't die because I have total control over my physical and psychological well being. My mind will tell my body to stop having chest pain, and it will go away. I'm not going to the doctor, it's not time for the annual physical yet. And last time I went, they said I'm fine... shit, the chest pain is coming back again. BRB
