Having an issue with OWA

A user is saying she can't send emails through OWA anymore. We use Exchange Server 2003 and roaming profiles. She brakes the receptionist but doesnt log out of the receptionists profile. She accesses her own OWA through the receptionists roaming profile. She tells me she has done this many times, and that just out of nowhere, when she tries to send an email through OWA she gets the error "The action can not be completed" and it closes the email. Is it even possible to send an email through OWA while logged into a different roaming profile?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like the roaming profile user and the OWA user don't match. One way around this would be send as permissions.
