woke up at 3 am the other day with a tickle in my upper chest that causes me to cough non-stop.. Pretty much losing my mind now. Feverish ..head pounding wracking cough that will not stop..its stops if i sit up..soon as i lower my body the wracking cough begins again.

finished off whole bottle of nyquil and the shit does nothing at all.

trying to figure out how to fall asleep sitting up right. this is brutal. covered in sweat and my stomach hurts like i've done 1oooooo million situps from coughing.

i hope so. I figure I have a 7 second window to fall asleep before the wracking coughs begin...just a matter of time before i succumb to fatigue.

Push the bed into a corner, and build up a pile of pillows, blankets, towels, to support you upright in the corner.

Nyquil is bs. For a incessant dry cough pour a generous measure of your favorite hard liquor, it relaxes the cough reflex. (Don't drink alcohol until the Nyquil is fully clear of your system.)

If it's a wet cough, use Mucinex to loosen up the mucous so you cough it out. (don't take Mucinex with alcohol.)

Don't you know there are staving dying kids in China America that don't have food free healthcare?
